Male Breast Reduction

MALE BREAST REDUCTION

Enlarged male breasts are also known as Gynecomastia is a common condition. Gynecomastia affects approximately 40% to 60% of men. There is often no known cause for gynecomastia, although there has been some correlation with hormones or various drug use or medical conditions.

This condition can be fixed through male breast reduction surgery with either liposuction or surgical removal of excess breast tissue and skin, or a combination of the two techniques.

These procedures remove fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts and in certain cases excess skin resulting in a better-contoured chest that is flatter, firmer, and of course, more masculine and balanced looking.
